“I thank my God in all my remembrance of you always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now” (Philippians 1:3,4).

Ethne, like Paul and missionaries throughout the centuries, gratefully depends on all of our partners.  Without their prayers and support we would cease to be effective. Indeed, we would cease to exist as a ministry.  Here’s how you can become a partner in the Ethne adventure:

Pray like crazy!  Prayer is the foundation to all that we do.  Therefore, we need folks who will pray for us every single day.  We need folks who will pray for us as part of their regular cycle of prayer for others (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).  We need people who will pray for on occasion, as the Lord brings us to mind.  Perhaps God is connecting your heart with ours.  If so, pray for us!

Intercessors

Give generously!  Next to prayer the greatest gift that our partners give us is the gift of resources which release us into ministry.  This comes in two ways:

1. Some release us into ministry by sending monthly gifts of $100, $50, $400, $35, etc.  This financial giving allows us to focus our time on the work of Ethne.  These gifts are also doses of encouragement as folks express their commitment to the Ethne vision every time they write a check.

Giving

2. Some join us in ministry by volunteering their gifts and abilities.  Whatever particular skills you have (website development, for example), we can use them.  If you have a servant’s heart and would like to help us with some of the time-consuming tasks of ministry (getting mailings out, preparing conference material, etc.), we would love to put you to work.

Volunteers

They key in all of this is your partnership.  We believe that Ethne’s success depends absolutely on our partners.  Perhaps God is calling you to join us through regular prayer, giving (monthly, quarterly) or volunteering.  If so, let us know.
